About the Role
Aminia Restaurant is looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Restaurant Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to create a positive dining experience from the moment guests arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Escort guests to their tables and coordinate seating efficiently.
- Manage guest waiting lists during busy hours.
- Collect and maintain accurate guest details, including contact numbers.
- Encourage guests to share their dining feedback and record it accurately.
- Maintain guest records to support customer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Answer basic customer inquiries regarding the menu, offers, and restaurant services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
- Ensure every guest receives courteous and attentive service.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); graduates are preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer data entry.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
