Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our two-wheeler dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and providing excellent service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler models
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, and finance options
- Conduct test drives and explain product features
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain daily reports and update customer database
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for closures
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships
- Ensure excellent customer experience during sales process
