Role Overview
We are looking for a D365 CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in custom development, integrations, and Power Platform to design and deliver robust CRM solutions across multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop plugins, custom workflows, APIs, and extensions using C#/.NET and Dynamics SDK
✅ Build client-side customisations using JavaScript and web resources
✅ Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, Dataverse Web API, Azure services
✅ Develop solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
✅ Work with Dataverse (entities, relationships, security model) for solution design
✅ Perform data migration, mapping, and validation activities
✅ Follow ALM practices (Azure DevOps, CI/CD, deployments)
✅ Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis & performance optimisation

Required Skills & Experience
✔ 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (CE)
✔ Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK
✔ Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
✔ Strong exposure to integrations (APIs, Azure services, middleware)
✔ Knowledge of Dataverse architecture and security model
✔ Experience in data migration and performance tuning

Nice to Have
⭐ Experience with PCF controls / advanced UI development
⭐ Exposure to Copilot / AI Builder / automation use cases
