Job Summary:
makeO (Toothsi) is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Associate Dentist Field Sales professional who can combine clinical knowledge with strong sales skills. The role involves conducting at-home smile consultations, educating customers about clear aligner treatments, and converting leads into successful sales while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits to perform smile assessments and consultations for potential customers
- Explain clear aligner treatments, including procedure, benefits, timelines, and pricing
- Build trust with customers and drive conversions by effectively addressing queries and concerns
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Coordinate with sales, clinical, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and treatment initiation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience at every touchpoint
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) – Mandatory
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license
