Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide Quality Management Systems (QMS), in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards.
- Ensure QMS documentation control, version management, periodic review and compliance.
- Coordinate internal and external audits (certification, surveillance, customer audits, regulatory audits), including audit readiness, audit facilitation, corrective action planning and closure.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) management, and root cause analysis processes.
- Monitor and report on key quality KPIs, identifying trends, deviations, and opportunities for system improvement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Provide training and support to all departments on QMS processes, quality awareness, and best practices.
- Lead Management Review Meetings (MRM) and prepare related reports/documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Procurement, EHS, and R&D for process alignment and quality objectives.
- Interface with customers, suppliers, and certification bodies on QMS related matters.
- Manage documentation and change management for SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
