We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging learning experiences for employees and customers. The ideal candidate should have experience creating e-learning content, training materials, assessments, and multimedia learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and training programs.
- Create storyboards, scripts, presentations, and learning content.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather technical information.
- Develop instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and self-paced learning modules.
- Create quizzes, assessments, and learning activities.
- Use instructional design models such as ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy.
- Develop multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive learning modules.
- Update and improve existing learning materials.
- Ensure content meets organizational learning objectives.
- Upload and manage learning content in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
