Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Scaling
- Program Rollout: Create and own the annual operational calendar for skill training across all selected and finalized colleges.
- Target Achievement: Drive student mobilization campaigns to meet annual enrollment and certification targets.
- Daily Governance: Manage a team of regional coordinators, trainers, and administrative staff to ensure seamless delivery of planned offline and online classes.
2. Institutional & Government Relations
- College Liaison: Build strong partnerships with College Principals, Management, and Training & Placement Officers.
- Government Compliance: Act as the primary operational contact for funding ministries, nodal agencies, and state skill missions.
3. Financial Management & Reporting
- Fund Utilization: Track operational expenditures against government grants to prevent cost overruns.
- Documentation: Maintain absolute accuracy in student attendance logs, biometric records, and demographic data required for funding releases.
- Audit Readiness: Prepare comprehensive MIS reports and documentation for periodic government audits and performance reviews.
4. Assessments & Career Outcomes
- Certification: Coordinate with external assessment agencies and sector skill councils for timely student examinations.
- Employment Drives: Organize mega campus placement drives and job fairs in collaboration with corporate employers.
- Tracking: Maintain longitudinal data tracking student employment status for mandatory post-placement reporting.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA in Operations Management, Public Policy or Social Work.
Experience
- Minimum: 2+ years of professional operations experience.
- Mandatory: At least 1–2 years managing large-scale educational programs, college corporate relations, or government skill initiatives (e.g., PMKVY, DDU-GKY, Nodal State Skill Missions).
Core Competencies
- Execution: Proven ability to manage logistical operations across multiple physical locations simultaneously.
- Communication: Exceptional English and regional language skills for corporate presentations and government meetings.
- Tech Savviness: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and dedicated government MIS portals.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
