Job Title: Camera Operator & Video Editor
Location: Noida (Field & Office-Based)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Camera Operator & Video Editor to join our media team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable shooting on location, capturing high-quality footage, and editing engaging videos for digital platforms. Since this is a field-based role, the candidate must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality videos for news reports, interviews, events, and promotional content.
- Operate professional cameras, lighting, microphones, and other filming equipment.
- Travel to different locations for outdoor and on-site shoots.
- Edit videos using professional editing software to create compelling content.
- Add transitions, graphics, subtitles, music, and color correction where required.
- Coordinate with anchors, reporters, and the content team during shoots.
- Ensure proper storage, backup, and organization of raw footage.
- Maintain camera equipment and accessories in good working condition.
- Deliver edited videos within assigned deadlines.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Camera Operator and Video Editor.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of camera settings, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel within NCR for assignments.
- Must own a personal vehicle (bike/car) with a valid driving license.
- Flexibility to work during breaking news, events, or extended hours when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in news production or digital media.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
- Drone operation skills (preferred but not mandatory).
- Creative storytelling and attention to detail.
