Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, handling client interactions, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for residential/commercial properties
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Negotiate deals and close sales transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good understanding of the real estate market and property sales cycle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience
- Additional slab-based incentives on achieving monthly targets
- Referral incentives for generating new business
