Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new enquiries through field activities, referrals, corporate visits and digital leads.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Achieve monthly retail and booking targets.
- Develop relationships with individual customers and corporate clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to delivery.
Customer Experience
- Deliver an exceptional buying experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Follow up on enquiries professionally.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships.
Lead Management
- Ensure 100% follow-up of assigned leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates.
- Generate referrals from existing customers.
- Re-engage lost enquiries.
Market Development
- Participate in road shows, exhibitions and events.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate preferred (Diploma candidates with strong sales experience may also apply)
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for automobiles
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Valid driving licence
- Willingness to travel
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary
Upto ₹40,000 per month
