A Front Office Associate is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and overall guest assistance at the reception desk.
1. Guest Handling
- Greet guests warmly on arrival
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures
- Verify guest details and ID proof
- Provide room information and hotel facilities
2. Reservations & Bookings
- Handle walk-in and online bookings
- Update room availability in the system
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
3. Customer Service
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Resolve guest queries and complaints politely
- Provide information about local attractions, transport, etc.
4. Billing & Payments
- Prepare bills and invoices
- Handle cash, card, or online payments
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
5. Coordination
- Work closely with housekeeping and F&B teams
- Inform relevant departments about guest requests
- Ensure smooth communication within hotel staff
6. Administrative Work
- Maintain guest records
- Handle checklists, logs, and reports
- Use hotel management software (PMS)

Qualification & Skills
Minimum Qualification:
- 12th pass / Graduate (Hotel Management preferred)
- Previous experience in hotel preferred
Skills Required:
- Good communication (English + Hindi)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pleasant personality & grooming
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
Work Environment
- Rotational shifts (morning/evening/night)
- Interaction with different types of guests daily
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
