Job Description
Winiyog Fintech Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to promote and sell Loans, Insurance & Credit cards products over the phone. The ideal candidate should have prior telecalling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Call prospective customers and explain loan products.
✅ Follow up with interested leads and guide them through the application process.
✅ Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.
✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
✅ Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
✅ Coordinate with the operations team for smooth loan processing.
Requirements
✔ 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, loan sales, banking, NBFC, DSA, or financial services.
✔ Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
✔ Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems is preferred.
✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
What We Offer
Job Type: Full-Time

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
