Key Responsibilities Facility Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the co-working facility.
- Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, internet connectivity, access control, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, meeting rooms, workstations, pantry, and restrooms.
Vendor & Service Management
- Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other service providers.
- Coordinate with landlords, contractors, and external vendors for repairs and facility upgrades.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Process vendor invoices and maintain service records.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, building regulations, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and emergency preparedness drills.
- Maintain records of statutory certifications, inspections, and compliance documents.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies and incidents.
Member Experience & Support
- Ensure a comfortable, professional, and functional workspace environment.
- Address member facility-related concerns and service requests promptly.
- Support community and event teams with venue setup and logistics.
- Monitor meeting rooms, shared spaces, and amenities to ensure optimal usage.
Space & Asset Management
- Manage workspace allocation, seating arrangements, and office move-ins/move-outs.
- Maintain inventory of furniture, equipment, and facility assets.
- Coordinate workspace reconfigurations and expansion projects as needed.
- Track and manage facility-related consumables and supplies.
Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare and manage facility operating budgets.
- Monitor utility consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources and facility assets.
- Maintain records of facility expenditures and procurement activities.
Team Supervision
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and security personnel.
- Schedule staff duties and monitor performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
