We are looking for a patient, proactive, and solutions-oriented Customer Service Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues regarding orders or technical complaints, and ensure a seamless experience from post-purchase to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Query Management: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding product availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
- Complaint Resolution: Acknowledge and log customer complaints or technical issues. Coordinate directly with the internal technical, factory, or service teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
- Order Tracking Support: Keep clients updated on their shipment status by coordinating with the dispatch and logistics teams to track delayed or missing orders.
- Sales Team Coordination: Assist the on-field sales team by sharing customer feedback, updating client accounts, and forwarding new business inquiries.
- Record Keeping: Maintain a daily log of received complaints, items repaired, and components scrapped.
Requirements:
- Education: ITI, Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, or practical hands-on experience as a technician/electrician B.com, BSc, any graduate.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service, client relationship, or backend support role (experience in a manufacturing or technical company is a plus).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and comfort learning basic order management.
