Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, managing invoices, GST-related work, and supporting overall financial activities of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups
- Manage GST filing and basic taxation work
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
- Handle Tally entries and accounting reports
- Coordinate with management regarding financial updates
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting field
- Strong knowledge in TallyPrime and MS Excel
- Knowledge of GST and basic taxation
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of payroll and inventory management
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
