About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The role will focus primarily on recruitment activities along with supporting HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for retail and FMCG roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
HR Operations (30%)
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist with HR reporting and coordination activities
- Support day-to-day HR operations
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non-IT hiring preferred)
- Experience in retail or FMCG hiring is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and stakeholders efficiently
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Work Details
- Work Location: Khar West, Mumbai
- Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays (2nd & 4th off)
