Job Description:
Outbound & Inbound Calls: Contact leads from our database and explain about TheMentR’s programs
Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments
Data Management: Update daily call reports, feedback, and lead status in CRM
Coordination: Coordinate with academic and sales team for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English + Hindi/Regional language
- Confident voice and convincing ability over calls
- Graduate. Freshers welcome
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
