We're Hiring "Cost Control Executive"
Industry Preferred : Manufacturing
Qualification : B.com , M.com , B.sc
Experience : 1.0 year (Preferably in Manufacturing Company)
Salary : 2.0 LPA - 2.75 LPA
Location : Secunderabad
Day Shifts , 6 Days Working
Key Responsibilities :
Product Costing & Cost Control
1. Prepare accurate cost sheets for manufactured products, components, and projects.
2. Calculate and analyse raw material, labour, overhead, and indirect costs.
3. Allocate overhead costs appropriately to products, jobs, and customer orders.
4. Assign costs to specific orders, products, and customers to determine actual profitability.
5. Maintain and regularly update standard costing formats and rate sheets.
6. Support management with cost variance analysis and profitability reports.
7. Complete training on internal costing processes and apply them consistently.
Commercial & Finance Support
1. Assist in basic finance and commercial activities such as:
2. Vendor bill checking against PO and GRN
3. Payment follow-ups
4. Supporting documentation for accounts
5. Coordinate with the accounts team for GRN matching, invoice verification, and payment processing.
6. Support internal audits and cost-related data requirements.
Reporting & Analysis
1.Prepare cost reports, order profitability statements, and MIS for management review. 2.Highlight cost leakages, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost optimisation.
3. Support decision-making related to pricing, budgeting, and margin improvement.
Technical Skills :
Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, formatting, data entry). Understanding of GST billing and basic tax concepts. Basic commercial and finance knowledge (preferred). Good English / Hindi communication skills
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per year
