Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Trainer to support a Government Scanning & Digitization Project in Ludhiana. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing training activities across four project sites, ensuring that all project personnel are adequately trained in document scanning, digitization, indexing, record handling, and quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training programs for project staff deployed across four government department locations in Ludhiana.
- Provide hands-on training on document scanning, digitization, indexing, binding, record management, and quality control processes.
- Develop and maintain training materials, user manuals, SOPs, process guides, and presentations.
- Train end users and project staff on software applications and digitization workflows.
- Assess training effectiveness and provide refresher training sessions as required.
- Ensure adherence to project standards, document handling protocols, and data confidentiality requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for newly deployed resources.
- Prepare training reports, attendance records, and performance assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in training, document digitization, scanning, records management, or similar projects.
- Good understanding of document scanning, digitization, indexing, binding, and document management processes.
- Ability to create training content, SOPs, user manuals, presentations, and process documentation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Ability to travel between project sites within Ludhiana.
- Hands-on approach with excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working on Government projects, e-Governance projects, record digitization projects, or document management initiatives.
- Exposure to document management systems (DMS), scanning software, and quality control procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
