We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage our hiring process. Your main goal is to find the right talent for our hospital and ensure they have a smooth start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Sourcing: Search for qualified candidates (Nurses, Doctors, and Admin staff) through databases and referrals.
- Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule face-to-face meetings with department heads.
- Onboarding: Handle all joining formalities, including document collection, background checks, and staff orientation.
- Database Management: Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA-HR or any relevant Degree.
- Skills: Strong communication in Tamil and English.
- Tech: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and job portals.
- Experience: Fresher.
