Job Title: Admissions Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admissions Executive to manage and streamline the student admission process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, guiding prospective parents and students, coordinating admission procedures, and ensuring a positive experience that reflects the institution’s values and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all admission-related inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, and online queries) in a professional and timely manner.
- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school’s curriculum, facilities, admission procedures, and policies.
- Conduct school tours and effectively present the institution’s offerings.
- Manage end-to-end admission processes including registration, documentation, entrance assessments, and enrollment formalities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants and admissions data.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.
- Follow up with prospective leads to maximize conversions and meet admission targets.
- Assist in organizing admission drives, open houses, and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements during admissions.
- Prepare periodic reports on admissions, inquiries, and conversion ratios.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Education).
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, sales, counseling, or customer relationship roles (experience in educational institutions preferred).
Working Conditions
- 6-day work week (including weekends during peak admission season).
- Flexible working hours as per admission cycle requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
