1. To visit client location and carry detailed inspection of damages
2. Quantify and Record extent of damage
3. Collect and verify documents in support of claim
4. Prepare Joint inspection report
5. Take sufficient photographs and videographs and upload the same from site
6. Discuss/Update RO/HO about the claim from the site and proceed as per the instruction
7. Update RO/HO with JIR, documents and photos on the same day of inspection
8. Respond Email/queries on time, after consultation with Branch Head
9. Closely follow up for pending claim both telephonic and email reminders
10. Documents scrutiny as per surveyor requirements
11. Carry survey/company related works as per instruction from Branch Head/HO
12. Prompt response to HO/BO officials
13. To provide English Translation of local language documents
14. Assist Surveyor in preparing survey reports
Qualification
Ø B.E/Diploma in Mech/Electrical etc.,
Ø Should have 1-2 yrs works experience in Insurance Surveyor company or any other engineering field
Ø The candidate should possess good English communication and writing skills.
Ø This job profile requires extensive travelling including entire Tamil Nadu
Ø Two wheeler with license must
Ø Willing to travel
Ø Hard working
Ø Should frequently update to reporting manager
