Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting and financial activities for multiple companies, including overseas operations. The role requires strong financial expertise, international financial knowledge, and hands-on experience in tax compliance and audits.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of accountants managing overseas business operations. This role also offers exposure to working closely with investors and interacting with global accounting professionals, providing significant career growth and international exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to management.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Oversee reconciliations of all accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Invoice Processing: Supervise invoicing to ensure timely and accurate customer billing.
- Payment Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Audit Coordination: Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee filing of tax returns.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven expertise in Indian tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and understanding of international taxation and financial regulations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Experience in handling accounts for multiple companies and international transactions.
- Strong hands-on experience in Tally is mandatory.
- Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting/ERP software will be given preference.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with statutory and tax audits.
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
