Hareyali is hiring a Backend Operations Executive to manage inbound customer calls, coordinate internal operations, maintain records, and support day-to-day business activities.
We are looking for a professional and organized candidate with good communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer and client calls professionally
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details
- Manage quotations, inquiries, and basic documentation
- Handle WhatsApp and email communication
- Support backend office operations and scheduling
- Maintain daily reports and data entries
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of backend operations / office coordination experience
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email handling)
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities
- Professional behavior and positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer handling or front desk operations
- Knowledge of CRM or backend management processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
