Job Description: Presales Executive – Real Estate
Headoffice Location: Sector 15, Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (Monthly)+ Incentives
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in real estate presales
Job Type: Full-time | On-site
Work location: Kharghar sector 19 Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential property buyers
Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, and offers
Maintain and update lead database using CRM tools
Follow up with prospects to schedule site visits
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
Provide timely updates and feedback to the management
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate presales role
Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English
Good phone etiquette and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of CRM or Excel for lead management
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM | 6 Days Working ( Weekday off based on roster)
