Job Summary
Megatech Oil & Gas Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Non-API Inspectors for deployment at Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), Jamnagar. The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out inspection activities on static equipment, pipelines, tanks, and related assets under the guidance of senior inspection personnel, ensuring compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of piping, pressure vessels, tanks, structural components, and static equipment.
- Assist in inspection, maintenance, and integrity assessment activities.
- Coordinate with NDT personnel during inspection activities.
- Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain inspection records.
- Verify equipment condition and identify visible defects or damage.
- Ensure compliance with RIL safety standards and permit-to-work (PTW) requirements.
- Support shutdown and routine maintenance inspection activities.
- Coordinate with client representatives and site teams for inspection execution.
EligibilityEducation
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of inspection experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power, or Process Industries.
- Experience in refinery shutdown or maintenance projects will be preferred.
Preferred Certifications
- CSWIP 3.1 / BGAS / NDT Level-II (VT, PT, MT, UT) will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of inspection codes, standards, and quality procedures.
