Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll administration, employee coordination, and support various human resource functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a passion for building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave, payroll, and HR-related queries.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Required Skills
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Strong employee coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, and labour laws.
- Experience with HRMS or payroll software.
- Basic recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
