Position: Senior Officer – Process Auditor (Automobile After-Sales Operations)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (MBA Preferred)
Salary: ₹4 – ₹4.5 LPA (CTC)
Location: Mamangalam, Kochi
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor, After-Sales Executive, Workshop Supervisor, Warranty Executive, Service Engineer, or similar role in an authorized 4-wheeler dealership.
- B.Tech/BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (MBA preferred).
- Good understanding of dealership operations, workshop processes, job cards, warranty, and SOP compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, reporting skills, and willingness to travel for branch audits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct operational and process audits across dealership branches to ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Review workshop operations, service processes, job cards, documentation, and identify process gaps or operational risks.
- Analyze records, reports, and business data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare audit reports, MIS reports, and presentations for management.
- Follow up on audit observations and support continuous process improvement.
