Job Overview :
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic SMO Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, content creation, digital trends, and audience engagement.
This role is suitable for candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in digital marketing and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other platforms.
Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
Increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries on social platforms.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for creative assets.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
Generate reports on engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
Support influencer marketing and collaboration activities when required.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and content ideation skills.
Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or social media scheduling tools is a plus.
Understanding of hashtags, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or any related field.
Project experience in social media management will be an added advantage.
