Job Description:
OnO Creators is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, industry understanding, and the ability to close influencer-led campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate inbound and outbound sales for influencer campaigns
- Pitch influencer marketing solutions to brands and agencies
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with influencers and internal teams for campaign execution
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of creator economy and social media trends
- Experience in lead generation and deal closures
