We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, qualify prospects, and drive sales through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in IT or telecom-related product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Promote company products and services, understand customer requirements, and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the field sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong telesales and lead generation experience.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with 1+ year of experience in any of the following will be preferred:

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
