- Receive and welcome visitors professionally.
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain records of calls, visitors, and appointments.
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks.
- Coordinate with staff regarding meetings and schedules.
- Respond to customer inquiries politely and efficiently.
- Manage emails and office correspondence.
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements:
- 10th/12th pass or graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Pleasant personality and customer service attitude.
