Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Relationship Manager – Unlisted Shares to manage and grow relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and wealth managers, and distribute pre-IPO and unlisted equity investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI investors and family offices
- Promote and distribute unlisted and pre-IPO investment opportunities
- Guide clients through end-to-end investment process (onboarding to execution)
- Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives
- Track market trends in private equity, IPO pipeline, and unlisted markets
- Maintain pipeline reports and client engagement updates
- Cross-sell investment and wealth products
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Capital Markets
- Strong experience handling HNI/UHNI clients
- Knowledge of PMS, AIF, Alternative Investments, or Equity Advisory
- Understanding of capital markets and pre-IPO/unlisted investments
- Proven track record in investment sales and client acquisition
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
