Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of our preschool and daycare brand. The role involves content creation, photography, videography, graphic designing, reel editing, social media marketing, and community engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of classroom activities, events, and celebrations.
- Create and edit engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Manage and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content aligned with the brand voice.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, inquiries, and admissions.
- Support paid social media promotions and boosted campaigns to reach target audiences.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to improve content performance.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation, and share regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with center teams to gather content and success stories for marketing purposes.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication channels.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design and editing tools.
- Good photography and videography skills using a smartphone or camera.
- Understanding of social media marketing concepts, audience targeting, content strategy, and campaign management.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.
- Strong communication, content-writing, and creative storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience in the education, preschool, daycare, or kids' activity industry.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn promotions, and social media analytics.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and other content creation platforms.
Salary: As per experience and skills
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred
