Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Modern Trade channel by managing relationships with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and organized retail outlets. The role involves ensuring product availability, executing promotional activities, enhancing in-store visibility, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop relationships with modern trade accounts.
- Ensure product availability, stock rotation, and merchandising standards.
- Execute promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in Modern Trade/Supermarkets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
