A process excellence expert responsible for driving successful project delivery through the implementation and institutionalization of the organization’s delivery process framework. This role requires a self-motivated professional with strong managerial capabilities to lead large, cross-functional initiatives and to collaborate effectively with delivery stakeholders. Expected to drive successful delivery and implementation of any project through successful implementation of the process framework for the delivery organization. A self-motivated individual with demonstrated managerial capabilities to drive large initiatives across multiple departments successfully and stakeholders through effective communication.
Drive Delivery Excellence initiatives and functions across the Organization.
- Assist in preparing the Quality Roadmap (process improvement plan) for the Delivery Organization in alignment with business objectives, and act as the custodian of all delivery process assets.
Lead the customization of the organizational QMS for delivery specific needs and ensure all related QMS documents are updated and maintained.
Schedule and conduct process audits to verify implementation and compliance. Drive, Track and close internal audits raised across delivery groups as an outcome to process audits.
Coordinate and participate in the external audits/ assessments (ISO-9001, ISO 27001). Drive Process Improvement cycles and ensuring closure of activities.
- Well versed in various SDLC models, including Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative.
- Strong end to end exposure to the software development lifecycle, covering requirements gathering, software design, development, and testing.
- Experience in metrics, data collection and analysis, and preparation of management reports.
At least 5+ years of hands on experience in SEPG and process excellence roles in an IT services environment, with proven experience independently driving certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMI.
Experience with Six Sigma and Lean projects to be able to effectively contribute towards such initiatives. Quality Framework and Standards.
Strong skills and demonstrated experience in successfully driving large initiatives across multiple departments and stakeholders with ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
Six Sigma Black Belt, Internal Quality Auditor, Lead auditor certification would be a plus.
