Who we are
We are a Chinese company with 100% Indian ownership. For 35 years, we have lived and built our business in China. We move manufacturing and sourcing from China to India. We are experts in "China Plus One."
We do four things:
- We move factory production, and know-how from China to India. We have a strong project team that gets it done.
- We are registered distributors of electronic components.
- We find products that are hard to find and ship — machines, chemicals, batteries, rare parts, and parts with very specific HS codes.
- We know telecom, consumer electronics, aerospace sectors well. Our strength is automation and machining equipment.
We are new in India. You will be our first salesperson here.
What we want from you
We want a closer, not a talker. The job is simple: bring new customers and sell.
You will:
- Go out and find new factories that can buy from us.
- Get meetings with the people who buy — Purchase, Sourcing, Supply Chain.
- Win their trust. Win their orders.
- Send quotes and samples. Push the deal. Close it.
- Work with our China and Hong Kong team to get prices fast.
- Go to trade shows and bring back leads.
- Tell us what the market and the competitors are doing.
We don't want excuses. We want orders.
Who you are
- You have sold B2B for 5 years or more.
- You have sold to electronics, EMS, telecom, aerospace, or industrial factories in India.
- You already know the buyers at these companies. This matters a lot.
- You find and close customers on your own. No hand-holding.
- You know how buying and importing from China works.
- You speak English, and Tamil and/or Kannada / Hindi.
- You will travel — Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hosur, Hyderabad, and events.
Do not apply if:
- You are new or have no real sales experience.
- You only want to manage people, not sell.
- You wait for leads instead of going out and finding them.
- You don't want to be on the road, meeting people and building business.
This is a road job. You go out, you meet people, you build real connections, you bring in business. If that is not you, do not waste our time.
Where you work
This job is 100% remote for now. We have no office in India yet. Remote does not mean sitting at home. This is a road job. You are out, meeting customers. Your base is Bangalore or Chennai. You travel across South India. We are setting up offices in India. In 2–3 years, this may become an office job.
Money
₹10,00,000 per year, fixed. Plus commission on every sale. No limit. Sell more, earn more.
