Position: Valet & Parking Operations ManagerLocation:Calicut
Experience: 3-6 years in parking/valet operations or facility management
About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic Parking Operations Manager to lead and oversee valet and parking operations at our sites. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and excellent coordination skills to ensure a smooth parking experience for our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day valet & parking operations across multiple sites Manage and lead on-ground valet teams, supervisors, and site staff Ensure smooth vehicle movement, safety, and customer satisfaction Train, guide, and monitor performance of valet staff Coordinate with clients, security, and facility teams for seamless operations Track daily parking reports, collections, and ensure compliance with SOPs Handle escalations and resolve customer or site-related issues promptly Conduct periodic audits and ensure vehicles are handled responsibly
Manage attrition of your sites and hire for the sites when required
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in valet, parking, or facility operationsStrong team management and coordination skillsExcellent communication skills (Hindi/English/regional preferred)Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressureWillingness to work in shifts, weekends, or rotational duty if requiredBasic knowledge of reporting, MS Excel, or similar tools
