What You Will Own

End-to-end sales cycle. From lead generation to signed contracts

Consistent revenue growth through new business closures

Nurturing Leads & Building and managing a strong pipeline of decision-makers

Leading discovery, pitch, and negotiation conversations with clarity

Converting opportunities into proposals and closures with strong ratios

Protecting pricing, scope, and margins during commercial discussions

Driving repeat business through long-term client relationships

Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across accounts

Maintaining disciplined CRM and pipeline hygiene

Who You Are

5–8 years in business development, in a creative or marketing agency

Proven closer with a strong track record of revenue contribution
