Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings for passive networking projects.
- Design structured cabling layouts including LAN, WAN, CCTV, Access Control, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Develop rack layouts, floor plans, conduit routing, cable tray layouts, and fiber backbone diagrams.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients for design requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare as-built drawings/documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and client specifications.
- Maintain BOQ (Bill of Quantity), technical documentation, and design reports.
- Support implementation teams during project execution and troubleshooting.
- Review and update engineering drawings as per project changes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D drafting.
- Experience in passive networking and structured cabling projects.
- Understanding of fiber optics, LAN infrastructure, and rack management.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Wi-Fi layout planning.
- Ability to read architectural and electrical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Certifications related to networking or AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in passive design engineering.
- Immediate joiner or candidate with short notice period preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹11,145.96 - ₹46,258.85 per month
