Royal Enfield PGS Motors is looking for energetic and passionate candidates for our Sales & Marketing Department. The role involves showroom sales support, customer engagement, and field marketing activities to increase brand reach and lead generation.
Candidates should have good communication skills, confidence in dealing with customers, and interest in motorcycles and marketing activities.
Responsibilities
Attend showroom walk-in customers and explain Royal Enfield motorcycles & accessories
Support test ride activities and customer follow-up
Conduct field marketing and promotional activities
Visit nearby areas for lead generation and brand awareness campaigns
Coordinate with Team for events, exhibitions, and local activations
Maintain customer database and daily activity reports
Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
Build strong customer relationships and ensure positive showroom experience
Requirements
Minimum qualification: +2 / Graduation preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Two-wheeler riding skill preferred
Candidate should be active, presentable, and willing to work in field activities
