Roles & Responsibilities:
- Estimating project costs before construction begins.
- Preparing bills of quantities (BOQs) and tender documents.
- Evaluating contractor bids and assisting with procurement.
- Monitoring project costs during construction.
- Managing contracts and handling variations or change orders.
- Valuing completed work for progress payments.
- Preparing final accounts and helping resolve claims or disputes.
Skills Required
- Construction technology knowledge
- Cost estimation and budgeting
- Contract administration
- Measurement and quantity take-off
- Negotiation and communication
- Proficiency with software such as Excel, CostX, AutoCAD, or BIM-related tools.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
