Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end hiring across functions. The ideal candidate should have experience working in startups, D2C, FMCG, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands and should be comfortable managing multiple positions simultaneously in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle multiple open positions across Marketing, Creative, Content, E-commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Corporate functions.
- Drive bulk hiring and lateral hiring across junior and mid-level roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media and other channels.
- Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Maintain a healthy talent pipeline and ensure quick turnaround time.
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain recruitment reports.
- Build employer branding initiatives and referral programs.
- Support onboarding and other HR activities when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Prior experience with startups, D2C, FMCG, consumer, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Hands-on experience in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment.
- Strong exposure to hiring through LinkedIn, Naukri and social media channels.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, accountability and execution mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving startup culture.
- Agency recruitment background with exposure to FMCG/D2C clients will also be considered.
