We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Junior Sales Executive who will be responsible for acquiring new businesses for our SaaS platform.
This is a field + inside sales role, where you will identify potential businesses, contact decision-makers, demonstrate the application, onboard them for trials, and convert them into paying customers.
The ideal candidate should enjoy talking to business owners, understand their business problems, and be comfortable demonstrating a technology product.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify potential customers such as salons, spas, clinics, fitness centers, consultants, and other service businesses.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networking.
- Research businesses and identify the right decision-makers.
Sales & Demonstrations
- Contact business owners and explain the benefits of the platform.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Understand the customer's current busniness process and identify pain points.
- Convert prospects into free trials and subsequently into paid customers.
Customer Onboarding
- Help new customers set up their business profile.
- Follow up with trial customers and help them understand the product.
Upselling
- Identify opportunities to sell additional services such as:
- CRM/customer engagement features
- Premium plans
Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Collect feedback and communicate product improvement suggestions to the product team.
- Develop long-term relationships with business owners.
Daily Activities
The candidate will be expected to:
- Identify new prospects
- Make outbound calls
- Visit local businesses
- Send WhatsApp/LinkedIn messages
- Conduct product demos
- Follow up with trial customers
- Convert trials into subscriptions
- Upsell premium features
- Update CRM/sales reports
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
