Job Summary:
Pave Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager – Human Resources to lead and manage all HR functions across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, and HR strategy implementation within the infrastructure/construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning activities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and retention strategies
- Ensure statutory compliance as per labor laws
- Manage payroll coordination and attendance systems
- Monitor performance appraisal systems and career development planning
- Support management in strategic HR decision-making
- Maintain HR MIS, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with project/site teams for workforce management
Required Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management
- Additional certification in Labour Laws will be an advantage
Experience Required:
- Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience
- Preferably from Infrastructure / Construction / Manufacturing sector
- Experience in managing multi-location workforce preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Expertise in recruitment and workforce planning
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
