Job Title: HVAC Safety Officer
Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of all HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at HVAC project sites.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
- Monitor work permits, toolbox talks, and compliance with PPE requirements.
- Ensure safe execution of HVAC installation, ducting, piping, equipment lifting, and commissioning activities.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare detailed reports.
- Conduct safety induction and regular training sessions for site workers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with client safety teams, especially on RIL project sites, to ensure compliance.
- Maintain all safety documentation, registers, permits, and statutory records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and company policies.
- Support emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and corrective action implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Safety Officer.
- Experience working on Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) projects is mandatory/preferred.
- Knowledge of HSE standards, work permit systems, risk assessment, and incident reporting.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Relevant safety certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety or equivalent.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
