Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct inline and end-line quality inspections during garment production.
- Check garments for stitching quality, measurements, workmanship, shade variation, stains, and finishing defects.
- Inspect fabrics, trims, and accessories before production usage.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with buyer and company quality standards.
- Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for immediate corrective actions.
- Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and defect analysis reports.
- Perform random audits during cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing stages.
- Ensure packed garments meet packing and labeling standards.
- Support implementation of quality improvement activities on the production floor.
- Follow AQL standards and buyer quality requirements wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with merchandisers, production supervisors, and finishing teams for quality-related issues.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and alteration percentages through continuous monitoring.
