We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive / IT Support professional to provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and hardware. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
- Set up user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Install and configure antivirus software and ensure system security.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and IT services.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Assist employees with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
- Support onboarding and offboarding by setting up or disabling user accounts and devices.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Active Directory is an advantage.
- Knowledge of printer configuration and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of hardware repair and maintenance.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or IT Administration.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
