We are looking for smart, energetic, and dedicated candidates with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as Insurance Process Associates. In this role, you will support our insurance back-office operations by efficiently handling various tasks and ensuring smooth process execution.
Responsibilities:

Assist in insurance-related processes, including data entry, claims processing, certificates, policy checking, preparing quotes, and other tasks.

Experience working with Agency Management Systems like AMS360, Applied EPIC, Saggita, Ezlynx, Hawsoft, Rating Applications, and other software applications is a plus.

Handle client queries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
