Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact, and build long-term relationships with hiring managers and HR teams to generate job leads and partnerships
- Coordinate and manage campus recruitment events, including scheduling, booking venues, and facilitating interviews.
- Office Administration.
- Maintain and update tracking systems or databases containing candidate profiles, interview statuses, and placement outcomes.
- Communicate with companies post-interviews to track hiring status, salary negotiations
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
2. Minimum 2 year experience required.
3. Candidate should have good working knowledge in Computer.
